By initializing a session on Azurevoice, you confirm that you possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
Authorized Usage
Verification Queue
All new telemetry nodes (accounts) are subject to a manual security audit. We reserve the right to deny access based on compliance risk assessment.
Termination Policy
Violations of platform protocols will result in immediate session termination and permanent IP banning.
Intellectual Property
Our Property
Azurevoice's codebase, neural fingerprinting models, and interface architecture are proprietary assets protected by international law.
Your Assets
You retain 100% ownership of your musical works. Azurevoice is granted only the operational license required to scan and protect them.
Prohibited Vectors
Liability Shield
Azurevoice is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that our fingerprinting engine will capture 100% of global usage due to the decentralized nature of digital platforms.
Damages Ceiling
Our aggregate liability is capped at the total amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding any incident.
